We know parents and caregivers are receiving an overwhelming amount of vaccine information online. Reading through conflicting messages can be challenging, and our pediatricians are committed to remaining a trusted source of information. Our pediatricians' recommendations are rooted in scientific evidence, our experience and expertise in child health, and a deep desire for all children to be healthy and safe. Pediatric Associates of Madison will continue to follow the vaccine schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (see schedule below). We believe this schedule protects infants and children from vaccine-preventable diseases when they are most vulnerable, and is backed by decades of safety data.
While our pediatricians have spent years of training to become experts in child health, we know that you, the caregiver, are the expert in your child. We have a shared goal of protecting your child from harm, and giving them every opportunity for a healthy and fulfilling life.
